The CS2424PP is a perforated inner mounting panel from the CSPP Series, made to fit 24 x 24 in enclosures in the CS, CSKO and CHKO Series screw junction boxes, painted or galvanized. It is aimed at electricians, panel builders and OEM engineers who need to mount devices inside a screw cover box without laying out and drilling individual holes.
The largest panel in the CSPP line, its 22.40 x 23.50 in plate fills a 24 x 24 in box and gives the most room for component layouts. The panel measures 22.40 in (569 mm) high by 23.50 in (597 mm) wide and is intended for an enclosure of 24.00 in (610 mm) by 24.00 in (610 mm).
It is constructed of perforated 16 gauge steel with 1/8 in diameter holes on 1/4 in staggered centers. The perforations accept self tapping screws, eliminating the time spent measuring, marking and drilling component mounting holes. The panel is painted ANSI 61 gray.
