Hammond CMRBK1 1U Cable Management Ring, 1.25 in Wide

The CMRBK1 is a single 1U cable management ring for routing, supporting and organizing cable bundles inside equipment racks. It is intended for IT, AV, network and telecom installers who want to place cable support exactly where a bundle needs it, rather than committing a full rack panel to cable management. Because each ring is an individual cable loop, several can be installed in a column or across a rack to build a custom cable path.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a textured black powder coat finish. The finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. The part is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, with a country of origin of Canada and USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliance for procurement documentation.

Overall dimensions are 1.75 in (44 mm) high, 1.25 in (32 mm) wide and 3.50 in (89 mm) deep, occupying 1U of rack height. Recommended cable fill at a 50% fill ratio is 34 Cat 5e, 22 Cat 6 or 15 Cat 6a cables; maximum fill at 100% is 68 Cat 5e, 44 Cat 6 or 30 Cat 6a cables. Shipping weight is 0.2 lbs (0.09 kg).

The CMRBK1 mounts to standard EIA-310 rack rails using three 0.25 in x 1.00 in slots; mounting hardware is not included. The open ring design lets cables be added, moved or removed without disturbing the rest of the bundle, helps prevent sagging and tangling, and reduces strain on terminations at switches and patch panels.
