Hammond CMRB 1U Steel Cable Tie-Down Anchor Bracket

The CMRB is a compact 1U cable tie-down bracket that gives installers a dedicated anchor point for cable bundles inside a rack. It is aimed at IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast technicians who need to hold cables in a fixed position close to equipment ports rather than route them through a full-width cable manager.

The bracket is formed from 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. It is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, with USMCA and REACH compliance declared, which helps on government and institutional procurement.

Mounting dimensions are 1U: 1.75 in (44 mm) high by 3.50 in (89 mm) long, with an overall drawing dimension of 3.75 in (95 mm) and 1.25 in (32 mm) hole spacing. The bracket carries twelve 0.12 in x 0.38 in slots for hook and loop straps or cable ties, plus two 0.25 in x 1.00 in slots for rack mounting. Two 10-32 x 5/8 in black screws are included, and the design is intended for standard EIA-310 rack systems.

Because the CMRB has a small footprint and low profile, it can be placed exactly where cable support is required without interfering with adjacent equipment in high-density racks. Securing cables at the bracket relieves strain on connectors and ports and keeps routing paths controlled. It works with reusable hook and loop straps such as the TS Series for clean, serviceable bundling. Shipping weight is 0.15 lbs (0.07 kg).
