Hammond CLWS6 6 in Ladder Rack Wall Support Triangle

The CLWS6 is a triangular wall support bracket that mounts a 6 in wide cable ladder rack off a wall surface, holding the runway away from the wall so cables can be routed and dressed with clearance on all sides. It suits IT and structured cabling contractors, telecom technicians and facilities teams building overhead cable pathways in data centers, server rooms and network closets.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel finished in black powder coat, a finish the manufacturer lists as GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant and made in Canada, which supports government and public-sector procurement requirements.

CLWS6 carries one 6 in ladder support position. Overall dimensions are 10.00 in (254 mm) high, 1.78 in (45 mm) wide and 10.00 in (254 mm) deep, with the drawing showing 10.10 in (256 mm) across the overall height and depth envelope and a 6.00 in (152 mm) wall-side bracket dimension. Shipping weight is 3 lbs (1.36 kg).

The bracket ships as a three-piece assembly \u2014 wall support bracket, tray support bracket and angle support bracket \u2014 joined by three 1/4 x 2.00 zinc-plated clevis pins and three 3/64 x 15/16 zinc-plated cotter pins. Assembly hardware and two J bolts are included; wall mounting hardware is not included, so anchors can be selected to match the wall substrate. The updated hardware design is intended to shorten installation time and simplify alignment.

The universal design supports CL Series ladder rack and most tube steel cable runway and basket tray systems, and is also compatible with fiber runner and basket tray systems.
