Hammond CLEV12BK 12 in Ladder Rack 90 Degree Vertical Elbow

The CLEV12BK is a 90 degree corner vertical elbow for 12 in wide cable ladder rack, used to carry an overhead cable pathway smoothly up or down to a different elevation. It suits data centers and server rooms, telecom and network installations, and structured cabling environments where overhead runs have to change height without subjecting fiber or high-performance copper to sharp bends.

Construction is 10-gauge steel in mild steel, finished in a black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant for environmental and durability requirements. The gradual vertical bend supports minimum cable bend radius, and bonding holes are provided so the elbow can be grounded and kept electrically continuous with the rest of the ladder rack system. When used with compatible splice kits, CLEV12BK maintains the system load rating.

This part matches a 12.00 in (305 mm) ladder width and measures 13.50 in (343 mm) high by 13.50 in (343 mm) wide, with a maximum rung spacing of 5.29 in (134 mm) and the rung centered to help keep cables organized and allow airflow through the transition. Drawing call-outs include a 0.22 in (6 mm) diameter hole.

No mounting hardware is included with CLEV12BK; hardware is sold separately so the elbow can be configured to the surrounding ladder rack, wall brackets and splice kits in use. The elbow is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, with country of origin CA, ECCN EAR99, and RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliance declared, which supports government and institutional procurement requirements.
