Hammond CGK600 600 A Splitter/Trough Grounding Kit, 300 MCM Lug

The CGK600 is the largest grounding kit in the CGK Series, listed for 600 A splitter boxes and troughs. It combines seven circuits for 2-14 CU-AL conductors with one large position accepting 300 MCM - 6 CU-AL, so a heavy grounding conductor can terminate on the same kit as the branch grounds.

The lugs are made from high strength, high conductive aluminum alloy 6061-T6 and are rated at 90°C. They are designed for use with both aluminum and copper conductors, and the kit is CSA Certified.

All necessary mounting hardware is included. The part drawing (isometric, not to scale) shows call-outs of 4.57, 2.12, .88 and .56. Shipping weight is 1 lbs (0.45 kg) and the kit ships in a bag. Every position, including the 300 MCM - 6 lug, is rated CU-AL, so either copper or aluminum grounding conductors can be landed on it within the listed wire ranges.

The CGK600 is REACH and RoHS compliant, with UPC 623980261621 and UNSPSC 39121405. For 400 A applications where a 1/0-14 CU-AL large position is enough, the series lists the CGK400.
