The CGK125 is a grounding kit matched to 70 A and 125 A splitter boxes. It provides four circuits, each accepting 2-14 CU-AL conductors, giving installers a common ground termination for the branch circuits leaving a smaller splitter.
The lugs are made from high strength, high conductive aluminum alloy 6061-T6 and are rated at 90°C. They are designed for use with both aluminum and copper conductors, and the kit is CSA Certified.
All necessary mounting hardware is supplied with the kit. The drawing (isometric, not to scale) shows call-outs of 2.38, .70 and .56. At 0.1 lbs (0.05 kg) shipping weight it is the lightest kit in the CGK Series, and it ships in a bag. The CU-AL rating on each position means copper and aluminum grounding conductors in the 2-14 range can share the same kit.
