Hammond CDF1978VPLG1 45U Vented Window Door for C2 Cabinets

The CDF1978VPLG1 is a 45U vented window door from the Hammond CDF Series of C2 Doors, made exclusively for use with the C2 Cabinet Series. It suits IT and AV integrators, data centre and facilities teams, and OEM engineers who want a lockable front or rear door that combines a viewing window with ventilation openings on cabinets measuring 78.75 in (2000 mm) high.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in textured RAL 7035 light gray powder coat, a finish that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The same door is offered in textured RAL9005 black as CDF1978VPBK1 if a darker cabinet finish is required, and the CDF range also includes solid, louver vented, vented and window styles.

Installation is intended to be straightforward: the door uses an integrated spring pin at the top and bottom, so it drops into the mating hinges on a C2 Series cabinet. Each door ships with a formed plastic handle, a quarter-turn lock and the hinges that mount to the cabinet. Series accessories include a Door Adapter Kit, a Cabinet Door Replacement Lock and a Partial Height Door Support.

CDF1978VPLG1 is manufactured in North America, is USMCA compliant with a Canada (CA) country of origin, and is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases. It is also RoHS and REACH compliant, with an ECCN of EAR99 and a shipping weight of 34 lbs (15.42 kg).
