Hammond CDF1942SBK1 24U Solid Steel Front Door, Textured Black

The CDF1942SBK1 is a 24U solid front door made exclusively for use with Hammond C2 Series cabinets. It is intended for IT, AV and OEM installations where equipment needs to be fully enclosed and secured behind a flat, opaque panel rather than a vented or windowed one, and it suits integrators, electricians and facilities teams replacing or specifying doors on a C2 frame.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat. The assembly ships as a complete door: the C2 solid flush door panel (19 x 42 nominal), a black formed plastic handle, a quarter-turn lock with .531H cam, and two 1/4 in x 4-1/2 in long hinge pins for mounting to the cabinet. The door installs into C2 Series cabinets using an integrated spring pin at the top and bottom of the door, so no drilling of the frame is needed.

Overall door dimensions are 19.33 in (491 mm) wide by 41.75 in (1060 mm) high, with a .53 in (13 mm) depth profile at the bottom. It is designed for a cabinet with a 24U mounting height, listed at 42.00 in (1067 mm). Shipping weight is 28 lbs (12.70 kg).
