Hammond CBDK4 Raised Floor Bolt Down Kit for C2 Cabinets

The CBDK4 is a bolt down kit from the BOLTDOWN Series, used to secure Hammond C2 Series cabinets to raised floor tiles for improved stability in non-seismic applications. It is intended for IT and facilities teams, integrators and electricians who need a cabinet permanently anchored in place rather than left free-standing or on casters.

Each CBDK4 kit includes four heavy-duty anchors, giving one anchor per cabinet corner for a complete installation. The anchors have a 0.38 in (10 mm) diameter and a 5.50 in (140 mm) length, and are specified as 3/8-16 anchors for concrete floor mounting. Casters must be removed from the cabinet before the bolt-down kit is installed.

The kit suits both new builds and retrofit projects where permanent floor anchoring is required, including data centers and colocation facilities, telecommunications and network equipment rooms, industrial automation plants, and utility or critical infrastructure sites. Anchoring the cabinet helps reduce movement in high-traffic equipment rooms and on raised floor systems.

Important application note: the CBDK4 secures C2 cabinets to raised floor tiles but does not provide or maintain a seismic rating of any kind. Where a published seismic rating must be maintained on compatible Hammond seismic products, the C4K-Z4 kit is the required option.
