Hammond CBB49 28U Copper Ground Busbar, 49 in Full Length

The CBB49 is a full-length copper ground busbar designed for bonding and grounding inside Hammond C2 Series cabinets. It gives IT, data centre and AV integrators a single continuous copper strip to which equipment grounding conductors, rack shelves, PDUs and active gear can be bonded, creating an organised bonding point that runs the height of the cabinet frame.

The busbar is a full-length copper strip measuring 0.13" x 0.63" in cross-section. On this size, the overall height is 49.00 in (1245 mm) with a width of 0.63 in (16 mm) and a thickness of 0.13 in (3 mm), providing a mounting height equivalent to 28U of rack space. Shipping weight is 1 lb (0.45 kg).

CBB49 is intended for use with the C2 Series only and is matched to the C2F1949... cabinet frame. Mounting hardware for attaching the bar to the rack frame side struts is included, so the busbar mounts vertically along the side of the frame without consuming usable equipment mounting space at the front rails.
