Hammond CBB22 12U Copper Ground Busbar, 22 in Full Length

The CBB22 is a full-length copper ground busbar for bonding and grounding inside Hammond C2 Series cabinets. It gives IT, data centre and AV installers a single, common bonding point for equipment ground leads, shield terminations and rack-frame bonds, keeping ground paths short and organised inside the enclosure.

Construction is a full-length copper strip measuring 0.13" x 0.63" in section. This particular size is 22.00 in (559 mm) tall by 0.63 in (16 mm) wide and 0.13 in (3 mm) thick, covering a mounting height of 12U. The busbar ships with the hardware needed to mount it on the rack frame side struts, and it is intended for use with the C2 Series only.

Because the bar mounts vertically to a side strut, it stays clear of the equipment mounting area and keeps grounding conductors routed along the side of the cabinet. For taller frames, other lengths in the CBB series are matched to specific C2 frame heights; CBB22 is the 12U mounting-height option.
