Hammond C4RR307736DBK1 44U 30" Wide Server Rack Cabinet, 3000 lb Rated

The C4RR307736DBK1 is a pre-configured 44U server rack cabinet built on Hammond's C4 platform, sized 30 in wide by 36 in deep and intended for data center, enterprise IT, and network or telecom deployments. It ships assembled with factory-installed components so it can be rolled into place, leveled, and loaded without custom configuration work.

Construction is a 14-gauge welded mild steel frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and side panels, rated to a 3000 lb capacity. The cabinet is UL2416 listed at that 3000 lb load rating (UL File # E474597) and is seismic rated to a 1200 lb dynamic load under IBC, CBC, NBC and ASCE standards. It meets PCI DSS requirements, is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, and is finished in RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Overall dimensions are 83.58 in H x 30.00 in W x 36.00 in D (2123 x 762 x 914 mm) including leveling feet, with usable mounting space of 77.00 in H x 19.00 in W x 34.00 in D (1956 x 483 x 864 mm). Two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 12-gauge square-hole rails provide the 44U of 19 in mounting, and a starter pack of CAGKIT1032-25 10-32 screws and cage nuts is included.

Airflow and cable management are addressed with an acrylic window front door and a perforated rear door (approximately 65% open area), both with quarter-turn locks and lift-off hinges, plus a four-fan cutout top panel and 3.50 in dia. cable entries with plugs. An integrated vertical cable tray with button-style tool-less PDU mounting runs the full 44U height. The frame includes factory-installed nylon leveling feet (5/16-18 thread), lagging points, ground studs, a caster mounting pattern, and knock-outs for ganging cabinets in a row.
