It measures 80.08 in x 24 in x 36 in (2,034 mm x 610 mm x 914 mm) overall, with the height including the factory-installed nylon leveling feet.
Construction is a welded mild steel frame: 14-gauge welded steel with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and side panels, rated for a 3000 lb load. The cabinet is finished in RAL9005 black powder coat (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant). Grounding and bonding provisions are included throughout the frame, doors and panels, and ground studs are factory installed.
Usable mounting space is 73.50 in high (73.56 in / 1868 mm, 42U per the drawing) x 19.00 in wide x 34.00 in deep. Two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 12-gauge square-hole rails are supplied, along with a starter pack of CAGKIT1032-25 10-32 screws and cage nuts. A vented perforated front door and vented split/barn rear door (65% open area vented) with quarter-turn locks support airflow for active equipment, and two removable side panels use 1/4-turn latches.
