The C4RR247336ABK is a pre-configured, fully assembled 42U server rack cabinet built on Hammond's modular C4 platform. Measuring 80.08 in high x 24.00 in wide x 36 in deep (37.00 in / 940 mm overall including doors), it is intended for IT and data center teams, integrators and facilities groups that need a standardized cabinet configuration with minimal on-site assembly.
Construction is a 14-gauge welded steel frame with reinforced 12-gauge corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and side panels, finished in textured RAL 9005 black powder coat. The cabinet is UL Listed 2416 (UL file E474597) with a 3,000 lb (1,360 kg) load rating, and is seismic rated to 1,200 lb (544 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2015, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10 when secured with a seismic bolt-down kit such as C4K-Z4.
Usable mounting space is 73.50 in high x 19.00 in wide x 34.00 in deep, provided by two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-compliant square-hole 12-gauge mounting rails. A starter pack of CAGKIT1032-25 screws and cage nuts is included. Perforated front and split/barn rear doors offer 79% open area with locking swing-handles for front-to-rear airflow and physical security, and both removable side panels use 1/4-turn latches.
The supplied top panel includes four 3.66 in (93 mm) cable entry holes with plugs and two fan knockouts with brushed cable entry for overhead routing. Nylon leveling feet with 5/16-18 thread are factory installed, with caster mounting holes, lagging points and ganging knockouts provided. C4RR247336ABK is TAA-compliant, made in Canada, and meets PCI DSS requirements.
