Hammond C4RHINGE Right-Hand Door Hinge Kit for C4 Cabinets

The C4RHINGE is a right-hand door hinge for Hammond Manufacturing C4 Series modular server rack cabinets. It is a component-level part for data center and enterprise IT teams, integrators and facilities staff who need a right-hand hinge option for a C4 cabinet door, where the standard C4 surface doors with locking swing handle and flush doors with quarter-turn lock are listed as hinged on the left.

Construction is mild steel, matching the material used across the C4 cabinet platform. The C4 system itself uses a 14-gauge steel cabinet frame with 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels, and the complete cabinet carries a 3000 lb UL2416 capacity when assembled by Hammond. Because the C4 is a modular cabinet system, frames, rails, panels, doors and accessories such as C4RHINGE are ordered individually so the cabinet can be configured to the requirements of the installation.

Shipping weight is 1 lb (0.45 kg). The part is manufactured in Canada, is USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, which supports government procurement requirements. It is also RoHS and REACH compliant, carries ECCN EAR99, tariff code 9403.10.0040 and UL file number E474597. Listed standards for the platform include cULus, zone4 and TAA-compliant.

Note that UL2416 and seismic ratings apply to the complete cabinet: individual components are not UL2416 or seismic rated independently and must be assembled as a complete cabinet to meet certification requirements. When a fully assembled version of this platform is preferred with no configuration required, the C4RR_A or C4RR_D Series are the alternatives named by Hammond.
