Hammond C4PR7723TZPL 44U 23-Inch 10-32 Threaded Rack Rail Pair

The C4PR7723TZPL is a matched pair of 44U rack mount rails with #10-32 tapped holes on E.I.A. spacing, sized for a 23.00 in (584 mm) mounting width. It is intended for facilities teams, integrators and OEM engineers who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert an existing cabinet to threaded-hole mounting in 30.00 in (762 mm) wide Hammond C4 cabinets, C4RR cabinets, and DCZ4 cabinets.

Rails are formed from mild steel; threaded rails in the C4PR Series are manufactured from 10-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform suited to servers, switches, storage equipment, UPS systems and other rack-mounted devices. The zinc-plated finish provides corrosion resistance and helps maintain electrical grounding continuity throughout the cabinet. Silkscreened 1U markings run the full height to speed equipment layout and future expansion.

Overall mounting height is 77.00 in (1956 mm), providing 44U of usable space. The drawing shows a 25.22 in (641 mm) / 25.00 in (635 mm) / 25.22 in (641 mm) side-view profile, a 2.37 in (60 mm) by 1.50 in (38 mm) top-view section, a .78 in (20 mm) dimension and a 3.00 x 1.00 cutout for cable pass-through. C4PR7723TZPL is sold as a pair and includes the required strut mounting hardware.

The 10-32 threaded holes follow EIA-310 spacing, so standard 23-inch rack equipment mounts directly without cage nuts. If square-hole mounting is preferred for the same cabinet configuration, the equivalent part is C4PR7723SZPL.
