Hammond C4PR4223TZPL 24U 23-Inch 10-32 Threaded Rack Rail Pair

C4PR4223TZPL is a matched pair of 23-inch panel rails with #10-32 tapped holes on E.I.A. spacing, supplied for use in Hammond C4, C4RR_S, C4RR_A and C4RR_D cabinets that have a 30.00 in (762 mm) cabinet width. It gives IT and telecom integrators, industrial controls builders and facilities teams a factory-engineered way to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert a cabinet to threaded-hole mounting.

The rails provide 24U of usable mounting height over a 42.00 in (1067 mm) rail height, with a 23.00 in (584 mm) mounting width for 23-inch telecom, utility and networking equipment. Silkscreened 1U markings run the length of the rail so equipment can be positioned and future expansion planned without measuring. The drawing for C4PR4223TZPL also shows a 3.00 x 1.00 in cutout in the rail.

Construction is mild steel; within the C4PR Series, threaded rails are manufactured from 10-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, storage equipment, UPS systems and other rack-mounted devices. The zinc-plated finish provides corrosion resistance and helps maintain electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet.
