Hammond C4PR4223SZPL 24U 23-Inch Square-Hole Rack Rails, Zinc-Plated

The C4PR4223SZPL is a matched pair of 24U rack mounting rails with 23-inch mounting width and EIA-310 square-hole punching, supplied in a zinc-plated finish. It is a factory-engineered replacement and expansion rail set for Hammond C4, C4RR_S, C4RR_A, C4RR_D and DCZ4 cabinet systems, intended for data center, telecommunications and industrial users who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions or convert a cabinet between threaded and square-hole mounting.

Square-hole rails in the C4PR Series are manufactured from 12-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, storage equipment, UPS systems and other rack-mounted devices. The material is mild steel and the zinc-plated finish provides corrosion resistance while improving electrical grounding continuity through the cabinet. Silkscreened 1U rack unit markings are included on the rails to simplify equipment installation and future expansion.

This set provides a 23.00 in (584 mm) mounting width and a 42.00 in (1067 mm) mounting height over 24U of usable space; the rail drawing shows an overall length of 42.03 in (1068 mm) with square-hole E.I.A. spacing, a 3.00 x 1.00 cutout, a top-view profile of 2.39 in (61 mm) by 1.50 in (38 mm) and 20.22 in (514 mm) between side-view reference points. C4PR4223SZPL is designed for C4 cabinets 30.00 in (762 mm) wide and is not listed as compatible with DCZ4 cabinets.

Square-hole versions accept 10-32, 12-24, 1/4-20 and M6 cage nuts, so the rails suit virtually all modern rack equipment. The C4PR Series is sold in matched pairs and includes the required strut mounting hardware. C4PR4223SZPL is made in Canada, is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant.
