Hammond C4D3077VBK1 44U Vented Surface Door for 30 in Wide Cabinet

The C4D3077VBK1 is a vented surface-mount cabinet door sized for 44U C4 Series cabinets with a 30.00 in (762 mm) width. It is intended for IT, AV and facilities teams who need front or rear airflow through a server or network cabinet while keeping equipment secured behind a locking door. Perforated doors for both the front and back of the cabinet are suggested for most server applications.

The door is constructed in 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door panel carries a 79% perforation pattern for open ventilation area. Overall panel dimensions are 29.00 in (737 mm) wide by 82.06 in (2084 mm) high, with a 0.84 in (21 mm) formed depth, and shipping weight is 54 lbs (24.49 kg).

C4D3077VBK1 ships as a complete surface door assembly: three left-hand surface door hinges, an FH333 swing handle key lock, an offset cam, and three stick-on rubber bumper feet. As supplied, the door is hinged on the left and swings from right to left; the drawing notes that a DC100HINGE kit is required for right-hand hinging, and the series also lists C4RHINGE for right-hand hinging.
