Hammond C2T1936F4TLG1 400 CFM 4-Fan Top Panel with Thermostat, Gray

The C2T1936F4TLG1 is a pre-wired fan top panel from the C2TF Series, built for IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast teams that need to add active cooling to an existing rack cabinet. It arrives factory wired with four long-life, ball bearing 4.70 in (119 mm) AC fans rated 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 0.77 A, delivering 400 CFM of free-flow air at 64 dB, and includes an adjustable thermostat with a 32°F to 140°F range so the fans run only when cabinet temperature calls for it. A 6 ft power cord is supplied.

Construction is 14-gauge steel with a painted steel top in ASA61 light gray powder coat. The powder coat finish used on the series is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the part is REACH compliant, TAA-compliant and manufactured in Canada. The fan assembly is cURus Recognized to UL507 and CSA C22.2 No. 113.

This is the 36 in depth version of the panel and is dimensioned on the drawing at 28.250 in (717.55 mm) by 20.000 in (508.00 mm), with a shipping weight of 24 lbs (10.89 kg). Per the series cabinet compatibility chart, C2T1936 fan tops suit C2 cabinets measuring 23.00 wide by 36.00 deep. The C2TF Series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series; H1 cabinets require the H1TC Series for mounting.

Installation follows the series top panel assembly instructions: install the 8-32 U-clip nuts on the cabinet frame, set the panel in place, loosely start the supplied 8-32 x 1/2 in screws, then tighten with a Phillips screwdriver. Six round head 8-32 x 1/2 in screws and six speed nuts are listed on the drawing, and the series includes CLPKIT832-6 cabinet mounting hardware. C2T1936F4TLG1 has no cable entry grommets; C2T1936F10CELG1 and similar 10 in versions cover that requirement.
