Hammond C2T1931VLG1 20 x 23.75 in Vented Cabinet Top Panel, Gray

The C2T1931VLG1 is a vented steel top panel for rack cabinets, intended for IT, network, telecom, AV and structured cabling installations that need passive airflow out of the top of an enclosure. Its vented pattern lets heat escape naturally from the cabinet, supporting thermal management strategies that do not rely on active fan systems. This version has no cable entry openings.

Construction is 14-gauge steel (mild steel), finished in ASA61 light gray textured powder coat, identified on the part drawing as RAL7035 textured. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the part is REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America to support government procurement requirements.

Overall dimensions are 20.00 in (508 mm) wide by 23.75 in (603 mm) deep, with an outer profile of 20.54 in (522 mm) shown on the drawing and a return depth of .07 in (2 mm) at the front edge. Mounting uses six 0.22 in (6 mm) holes on 18.00 in (457 mm) centers, and the panel includes obliong 0.24 in x 1.50 in (6 mm x 38 mm) openings. Shipping weight is 5 lbs (2.27 kg).

Mounting hardware is included in the box: six 8-32 clip nuts in black oxide finish and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc plated machine screws, both replaceable as CLPKIT832-6. The C2T1931 size is designed for use with C2 cabinets measuring 23.00 in wide x 31.50 in deep and C4 cabinets measuring 24.00 in wide x 36.00 in deep. The C2TV Series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series, with H1 requiring the H1TC Series for mounting. Choose C2T1931VLG1 when replacing a solid top panel to increase ventilation.
