Hammond C2T1931VFBK1 6-Position 4.7 in Vented Fan Grill Top Panel

The C2T1931VFBK1 is a vented fan grill top panel from the Hammond C2TF Series, intended for IT, network, telecom, AV and broadcast teams that need to move heat out of the top of a rack cabinet without committing to a pre-wired fan assembly. It is supplied with six 4.70 in (119 mm) fan grill positions, so the panel can be used purely for passive venting or fitted with 4.70 in fans later as heat loads grow. Fans are not included with this configuration.

Construction is mild steel with a 14-gauge steel top panel platform, finished in RAL9005 black powder coat (painted black textured per the part drawing). The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, supporting indoor air quality and environmental compliance requirements. Overall panel dimensions on the drawing are 23.75 in (603 mm) by 20.00 in (508 mm), and shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg).

Unlike the cutout-only versions in the series, this fan grill variant provides finished grilled openings, and unlike the pre-wired versions it includes no thermostat and no cable entry grommets. Mounting hardware is included: 8-32 U-clip nuts install on top of the cabinet frame, the panel is set in place, and the supplied 8-32 x 1/2 screws are tightened with a Phillips screwdriver.

The C2T1931* size is listed for C2 cabinets 23.00 in wide by 31.50 in deep and C4 cabinets 24.00 in wide by 36.00 in deep. The series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series; H1 cabinets require the H1TC Series for mounting. C2T1931VFBK1 is cRUus recognized, TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant, and made in Canada.
