The C2T1931SLG1 is a solid cabinet top panel measuring 20.00 in (508 mm) wide by 23.75 in (603 mm) deep, finished in painted RAL7035 light gray texture. It is intended for IT and network teams, data center operators, integrators and facilities groups who need to close off the top of a rack cabinet so airflow follows a defined front-to-rear path rather than escaping or drawing contamination through the cabinet top.
The panel is formed from mild steel, with the C2TS Series using 14-gauge steel construction for durable enclosure protection and long-term reliability. Panel material thickness shown on the drawing is .07 in (2 mm). Unlike cable-entry or vented tops, this solid design prevents air leakage and blocks dust, debris and contaminants from entering the cabinet from above, which supports hot aisle / cold aisle containment strategies and high-density deployments with a defined airflow plan.
Mounting hardware is included: the box contains one top panel, six 8-32 clip nuts (black oxide finish) and six 8-32 x 0.5 in zinc-plated machine screws, all covered by replacement kit CLPKIT832-6. Six .22 in (6 mm) mounting holes are provided in the panel. Assembly instructions BUL86698 cover the top panel installation.
C2T1931-size panels are listed for C2 cabinets measuring 23.00 in wide x 31.50 in deep and C4 cabinets measuring 24.00 in wide x 36.00 in deep. The C2TS Series is designed for use with C2, C2RR, C4, C4RR_A, C4RR_S, C4RR_D, H1, RCK or CLC cabinet series, with H1 requiring the H1TC Series for mounting. C2T1931SLG1 is TAA-compliant, made in Canada, and is RoHS, REACH and USMCA compliant.
