It is the structural starting point for a fully custom enclosure: the frame ships without mounting rails, so integrators specify their own 19" rail type, panels, doors and accessories to match the equipment being installed. It suits AV and media installations, telecom and legacy network rooms, test and measurement benches, industrial and automation systems, and any project where cabinet requirements change over time.
Construction is 14-gauge steel welded assembly, part of a system that uses 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets and 16-gauge doors and panels to support a 1500 lb load capacity. Infinite-depth rail adjustment using C-channel struts lets rail pairs be positioned anywhere front to back, and grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding.
