The AHK2 is a Type 12 (N12) non-locking handle kit with a three point latch, for enclosures less than 60" in height. It is designed for field installation on most 1418 Series single door enclosures (it does not fit the 1418 J Series).
The kit includes a handle, a latch cam, latch rods and adjustable rod guides. The latch rod ends have rollers for easier door closing. The handle is non-locking and rotates clockwise. All parts are plated or painted for corrosion resistance.
On the manufacturer drawing the assembly measures 45.16 in overall, with a 22.58 in typical dimension. This sizing matches the kit's rating for doors less than 60".
The adjustable rod guides let the latch rods be set to suit the door they are installed on, and because the kit is designed for field installation, it can be added to a 1418 Series enclosure that is already in service. The single handle operates all three latch points.
The AHK2 ships in a box with a shipping weight of 4 lbs (1.81 kg) and is REACH and RoHS compliant. For enclosures greater than 60", choose the AHK3; for a key locking three point handle, see the AHKL2 or AHKL3.
