Hammond 90YFWG Full Height Galvanized Inner Panel, 90 x 36

The 90YFWG is the galvanized steel version of Hammond's full-height inner panel for 90 x 36 in single door 1418FS and HN4FS Series freestanding enclosures. It is listed by the manufacturer as FULL HT GALV PANEL FOR 90X36 and is intended for panel builders who specify a galvanized mounting surface rather than a painted one.

It shares the same geometry as the white steel 90YFW: a 78.00 x 32 in panel size with an overall formed width of 33.83 in on the drawing. That gives a full-height surface for DIN rail, terminal blocks, contactors, wiring duct and other control components inside a large floor-standing cabinet.

The drawing shows six Ø0.56 in mounting holes, and Hammond supplies all mounting hardware with center support where required. For a half-height option in galvanized steel, see 90YHWG.

The 90YFWG ships boxed at 62 lbs (28.12 kg), noticeably lighter than the 98 lb white steel version. It is REACH and RoHS compliant. Before ordering, confirm your enclosure is 90 x 36: the series ordering table lists separate single door and double door width panels for enclosure sizes from 60 x 24 up to 90 x 72, in both white steel and galvanized steel.
