Hammond 72YHWG 72 x 36 Half-Height Galvanized Inner Panel

The 72YHWG is a half-height inner panel sized for 72 x 36 single-door enclosures in the Hammond 1418FS and HN4FS Series. It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electrical contractors a flat, pre-formed galvanized steel surface for mounting components inside a freestanding enclosure, sitting in the single-door width position.

The panel is made from galvanized steel, marked by the G suffix, for builds where a galvanized mounting surface is preferred over a painted one. If you need the alternative finish, the white-finished steel version, 72YHW, shares the same 30.87 x 32 in nominal panel size. Hammond supplies width panels with all mounting hardware, plus a center support where required.

As a half-height panel, the 72YHWG is the shorter option in the width panel range: nominal size is 30.87 x 32 in, with the drawing showing a 30.88 in tall, 32.00 in wide face and an overall width of 33.83 in, plus 4 mounting holes of 0.56 in diameter. It can be mounted in either the top or the bottom half of the enclosure. Shipping weight is 26 lbs (11.79 kg).
