The Hammond 2DMK12 is a DIN Rail Mounting Kit - 12 in. - Plated Steel from the Eclipse DIN Rail Mounting Kit DRMK Series. It is made for panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers who want to add DIN rail mounted devices such as terminals and control components inside an Eclipse enclosure without first fitting a full inner panel.
The kit mounts directly to the enclosure's panel collar studs, so a panel is not required. Once installed it accepts optional DIN rails, which are available separately rather than included. It is field installable, so it can be added to an enclosure already in service.
