Hammond 2CMBPK Micro Cell Cable Entry Kit for Console Bases

The 2CMBPK Micro Cell Cable Entry Kit is an accessory for Series 2000 modular console bases, for use in either single access or dual access bases. It gives installers a tidy way to bring cables into the base through the bottom while keeping the bottom of the enclosure close to sealed.

The kit is constructed of 14 gauge steel and finished in textured black. It features 2 cutouts for cable access. The underside of each cutout is covered with black foam rubber; when the foam is punctured to pass a cable through, it still maintains a virtually sealed bottom. This lets electricians and panel builders route cables into the console base without leaving large open holes.

According to the part drawing, the plate measures 11.00 in by 11.00 in, with mounting holes of 0.28 in diameter. The kit ships in a bag with a shipping weight of 3 lbs (1.36 kg).
