The 2CLD24R is a 24" Data Terminal from the Series 2000 Modular Console System, built in mild steel with a RAL 7035 light gray textured powder coating. It is ideal as a housing for a complete personal computer system including video screen, keyboard and PLC, and its flexible design provides panel mount or rack mount capabilities for integrators, OEMs and plant engineers.
The body and doors are formed 14 gauge steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and body stiffeners where required. It has solid sides and top, two solid front doors that both open down, a lower, smaller drop down door for access to an optional slide-out keyboard drawer, a back door that opens up and an open bottom. Front doors use a sliding rod mechanism for a 102° opening in the lowered position, and the rear door has a manual, 3 position adjustable door stop. Slotted quarter turn oil-tight latches secure the doors, oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured, and a formed lip excludes flowing liquids and contaminants.
