The 261E6 is a 29 VA plate and filament or bias transformer providing a 250V centre-tapped secondary at 91 mA and a 6.3V filament/auxiliary winding at 1A. With roughly double the secondary current of the 261C6 at the same voltage, it suits small tube power supplies, bias supplies, preamps and test equipment on a 115 VAC, 60 Hz line, and can also be used with full wave C.T. rectifiers.
