Hammond 18S72 69.5" Terminal Strap, Fits 72" High Enclosure

The 18S72 is the longest terminal strap in the 18TK series: 69.50 inches long for 1418 wallmount enclosures 72 inches high, with 67.60 inches of usable mounting space. Mounted across 18TK brackets, it holds terminal blocks, pneumatic controls or small relays in tall enclosures.

The strap is 1.5 inch wide by 0.187 inch thick steel, finished in white, and ships with spring locking hardware. Countersunk holes provide extra terminal mounting space along the full length.

Length is 69.50 in (1765 mm) and usable mounting space is 67.60 in (1717 mm). Shipping weight is 6 lbs (2.72 kg), in bag packaging. Enclosures 48 inches or greater on the "A" dimension use 6 collar studs.

Each enclosure requires one bracket assembly kit (ordered separately) and the number of strap kits equal to the straps required. The 18S72 is RoHS and REACH compliant, UPC 623980363202.

The strap is selected by the enclosure dimension it runs parallel to, "A" or "B"; the 18S72 corresponds to a 72 inch dimension. On the bracket side, "C" channel construction provides easy alignment of terminal straps, and brackets combined with collar stud length give a 3 inch minimum clearance from the rear of the enclosure for wiring behind the devices.
