Hammond 18S24 21.5" Terminal Strap, Fits 24" High Enclosure

The 18S24 terminal strap fits 1418 wallmount enclosures 24 inches high. It is 21.50 inches long, provides 19.60 inches of usable mounting space, and mounts on 18TK brackets to hold terminal blocks, pneumatic controls or small relays.

Material is steel measuring 1.5 inch wide by 0.187 inch thick, finished in white. Each strap includes spring locking hardware, and countersunk holes provide extra terminal mounting space along the rail.

Order straps separately from the bracket assembly kit: one bracket kit per enclosure, plus one 18S24 for every strap that will run along a 24 inch enclosure dimension. The strap is RoHS and REACH compliant, UPC 623980362601.

Before ordering, determine whether the strap will be mounted parallel to dimension "A" or "B", and choose the part number that corresponds to that enclosure dimension. The 18S24 suits a 24 inch dimension. On its brackets, "C" channel construction provides easy alignment, and brackets combined with collar stud length give a 3 inch minimum clearance from the rear of the enclosure. The brackets can be installed horizontally or vertically if their size corresponds to enclosure length or width.
