Hammond 18S16 13.5" Terminal Strap, Fits 16" High Enclosure

Sized for 1418 wallmount enclosures 16 inches high, the 18S16 terminal strap is 13.50 inches long and gives 11.60 inches of usable mounting space. It sits on 18TK terminal brackets and is used to mount terminal blocks, pneumatic controls or small relays in control and junction enclosures.

It is made of steel, 1.5 inch wide and 0.187 inch thick, with a white finish. The strap has countersunk holes that provide extra terminal mounting space, and it comes with spring locking hardware.

Decide first whether the strap will be mounted parallel to dimension "A" or "B" of the enclosure, then select the strap that corresponds to that dimension. On the bracket side, "C" channel construction gives easy alignment of the 18S16, and the bracket plus collar stud length provides a 3 inch minimum clearance from the rear of the enclosure for wiring.
