Hammond 18P2721 27 x 21 In White Steel Inner Panel, Fits 30-by-24

The 18P2721 is a 27 x 21 in white-finished steel inner panel for 30 x 24 in enclosures, part of Hammond's 18P Series of inner panels for 1418, 1447, PJW and PHW wallmount enclosures. It gives panel builders, electrical contractors and OEM engineers a dedicated surface for mounting components inside the enclosure.

According to the series specifications, steel panels are 12 gauge steel finished in white, and some larger panels in the series are 10 gauge. Larger panels in the series have two or four formed flanges; the drawing for this part shows a 0.75 in formed depth. Hammond's short description calls this part a formed inner panel, "PANEL-INNER (27 X 21) FORMED", and the drawing shows four 0.50 in mounting holes spaced 25.25 x 19.25 in.
