Hammond 18G3327 33x27 Galvanized Inner Panel, Fits 36x30 Enclosure

The 18G3327 is a 33 x 27 in galvanized steel inner panel made for 36 x 30 in wallmount enclosures in the 1418, 1447, PJW and PHW families. It is aimed at control panel builders, electricians and facilities teams who need a galvanized equipment-mounting panel for one of these enclosures, whether for a new build or as a spare.

Construction is unpainted galvanized steel (the series lists galvanized panels as 12 gauge and notes that some larger panels are 10 gauge). The part drawing shows a 0.10 in material dimension and formed flanges drawn at 0.75 in. Shipping weight is 30 lbs (13.61 kg), and the panel is packed in a box. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.

Panel length is 33.00 in (838 mm) and width is 27.00 in (686 mm), for an enclosure 36.00 in (914 mm) high by 30.00 in (762 mm) wide. The 18G3327 has 6 mounting holes of 0.50 in diameter; per the drawing, hole centres are 15.63 + 15.63 in along the 33.00 in length and 25.25 in along the 27.00 in width. Panel mounting hardware is not included with the panel, because it is provided with the enclosure.
