The 169WS is a 250VA hard wired 1:1 isolation transformer from the 169S Series (Isolation, 115VAC to 115VAC). It is the highest-capacity model in the 169S Series at 250VA, and the series is described as perfect for circuit isolation or a "Classic" bias power supply.
The primary is 115VAC, 60 Hz and the secondary is 115VAC, with a rated secondary current of 1700 mA. An electrostatic shield is fitted between primary and secondary. Because input and output are both 115VAC, the 169WS is chosen to separate a circuit from the incoming line rather than to change its voltage, and its 250VA rating sets how much connected load it can isolate.
Connection is by flexible leads, 8" minimum length. Overall dimensions are A 3.75 in (95 mm), B 4.00 in (102 mm), C 4.56 in (116 mm), D 3.00 in (76 mm) and E 2.81 in (71 mm), and the unit weighs 12 lbs (shipping weight 12 lbs (5.44 kg)).
