Hammond 166M72 72V C.T. 3A 216VA Power Transformer, 50/60 Hz

The 166M72 is a low voltage/filament power transformer from the 166 Series, rated 216 VA with a 117V 50/60 Hz. primary and a 72 V center-tapped (C.T.) secondary rated 3 A RMS. It is built for OEM engineers, panel builders and repair technicians who need an open style, channel bracket, chassis mount transformer to derive a low AC voltage inside equipment. At 216 VA, the 166M72 delivers 72 V C.T. at 3 A from a 117V 50/60 Hz primary; its mounting reference B frame uses two hole-to-hole dimensions (D and E, both 3 in / 76.2 mm) and mounting holes of 0.203 x 0.375 in (5.2 x 9.5 mm).
