The 159Q is a 7 henry filter choke rated for 150 mA DC and 500 VDC maximum operating voltage, for smoothing high voltage DC supplies.
At 150 mA it offers more inductance than the 5H 158Q or 3.5H 157Q, in the larger C14H frame with a 500 VDC rating and 100 ohms of DC resistance.
