Hammond 1597D4MPHGTPC DIN 4 Hinged Top Cover, Clear PC

The 1597D4MPHGTPC is a clear, hinged Italtronic top cover for DIN 4 enclosures in the 1597DM Series of DIN rail mounted enclosures. The accessory table calls it the "Top Hinge Cover, Clear", and it is the only hinged top cover listed in the series. A transparent hinged top keeps the enclosure contents visible.

It is made from PC with a UL94 V-2 flame rating, as the series specifies for clear accessories. It is longer and taller than the flat DIN 4 covers, measuring 2.75 in x 1.65 in x 0.23 in (70 mm x 42 mm x 6 mm). Shipping weight is 0.02 lbs (0.01 kg). It is RoHS and REACH compliant.

Other DIN 4 top covers include the flat 1597D4MPH (gray) and 1597D4MPHTPC (clear), plus the inlay versions 1597D4MPRH and 1597D4MPRHTPC. In the 1597DM range the DIN group number refers to the number of terminals on each side of the enclosure.
