Hammond 1594CGASKET 106x66mm Silicone Lid Gasket Kit, 2-Pack

The 1594CGASKET is a silicone gasket kit for the Hammond 1594C "W" (water-tight) heavy duty ABS enclosures, supplied as a 2-pack. It is the replacement gasket listed in the 1594 Series ordering table for the 1594C size, whose enclosures measure 106.5 mm long, 66 mm wide and 45 mm deep. It suits maintenance teams and OEM builders who reopen sealed boxes and need a fresh lid seal.

The gasket is made of silicone and carries an IP65 rating. In the 1594 family, the water-tight versions (1594CWBK, 1594CWGY) are molded in flame retardant ABS and have been tested to and meet IP66 ratings; their lids fasten with four M3 x 0.5 - 0.71 in (18 mm) long Phillips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings.
