Hammond 1593WTBU 105x110x35mm Transparent Blue ABS Handheld Enclosure

The 1593WTBU is the widest body in the 1593 range of ABS plastic hand held and instrument enclosures, molded in transparent blue general purpose ABS with a satin texture. It is aimed at OEM engineers and electronics designers who need a pocket-sized case for a printed circuit board, with a recessed top for a membrane display or pad and a shape designed to sit comfortably in the hand.

The part page lists a size of 4.13 x 4.33 x 1.38 in (105 x 110 x 35 mm). Inside, the drawing gives 98.67 mm length, 98.35 mm width and 29.70 mm height, and the maximum P.C. board size is 100 x 98 mm. Each purchased assembly includes the top and bottom cover, 2 flat plastic panels for the front and rear, and 4 cover screws. The case is secured with self-tapping screws, and transparent blue enclosures ship with black finish screws. Recommended torque is 40 cN-m for the cover screws and 20-30 cN-m for internal mounting screws, which accept #4 self-tapping screws. There is no battery door on this size.
