The 1593QTBU is the transparent blue version of the 112 mm long 1593Q hand-held instrument enclosure. The translucent general purpose ABS shell, with a satin texture, suits products where status LEDs or the circuit itself should be visible, such as demonstrators, educational kits and portable prototypes.
An integrated battery compartment with a long-life "three snap" door keeps cells accessible, while one removable end panel provides an I/O face. The top is recessed (100.00 x 55.00 mm inlay) for a membrane display or pad. Transparent blue enclosures are supplied with black finish self-tapping screws.
The part page lists 4.4 x 2.6 x 1.1 in (112 x 66 x 28 mm); the series table gives 112 x 67 x 28 mm. The drawing shows 69.93 x 60.79 mm inside with 21.70 mm inside height, and the maximum PC board is 59.14 x 68.12 mm. The 1593QPCB prototype board is designed for this size.
