The 1593HAMPI3CLR is a clear plastic enclosure that houses the Raspberry Pi Model B+, Pi 2 Model B, Pi 3 Model B or Pi 3 Model B+. It suits hobbyists, classrooms and developers who want the board visible, its connectors accessible and a built-in camera mount.
The 1593HAMPI3CLR is molded in general purpose ABS with a satin texture, rated UL94 HB, and measures 3.88 in x 2.74 in with an assembled depth of 1.16 in (99 mm x 70 mm x 29 mm). The board fits into the base, and openings are provided for micro USB power, USB, GPIO headers, HDMI, audio, Ethernet, the micro SD card and LED holes.
Inside the top case are camera mounting posts with a camera lens hole, plus an alternate camera mounting slot, so a camera can be fitted inside or outside. The posts accept a #2 x 3/16 in (M2 x 4.5 mm) self-tapping screw, and a camera expansion connection opening is included. Cameras are not included.
The assembly contains the top and bottom, 6 screws, 4 self-adhesive rubber feet and an instruction sheet; the development board is not included. It is RoHS and REACH compliant and ships shrink wrapped at 0.11 lbs (0.05 kg). Note that the manufacturer states this product line will soon be discontinued as a stocked series and is available while quantities last.
