The 1593ARAL10 is a 10-pack of aluminum end panels for the 1593AR size of the 1593 Series hand held instrument enclosures. It is intended for designers who want metal front and rear panels in place of the standard plastic panels on their 1593AR case.
The panels are made of aluminum in a natural aluminum colour, and the series notes that aluminum end panels are supplied with a plastic protective covering. The pack has a shipping weight of 0.14 lbs (0.06 kg).
The 1593AR enclosure (1593ARBK, 1593ARGY and 1593ARTBU) uses two removable end panels. In the series compatibility table, the same size pairs with 1591TS100 silver or 1591TS100BK black assembly screws (100-packs), SC519-50 PC board mounting screws (50-pack) and 1593ARIR10 infrared panels (10-pack).
The 1593AR case itself is listed at 75 mm x 74 mm x 27 mm, molded from satin-textured general purpose ABS with a recessed top for a membrane display or pad. Its listed 1591TS100 and 1591TS100BK assembly screws are #4 x 1/2" (12.7 mm) flat head self-tapping screws, and SC519-50 is an M2.6 pan head PC board screw. Versions without a battery door, such as the 1593AR, are designed to meet IP54.
