The 1591USFLBK is a black 120 x 120 x 59 mm (4.72 x 4.72 x 2.32 in) 1591 Series enclosure in general purpose (economy) ABS with wall mounting flanges molded into the lid. It is an economical way to wall-mount a square PCB housing when flame retardant plastic is not required.
It is molded from general purpose ABS rated UL94 HB and is not flame retardant. Card guides molded into all side walls accept 1.5 mm (0.062") boards for vertical mounting. Lap joint construction guards against dust and splashing water, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP54.
According to the drawing, overall length across the flanges is 145.80 mm [5.740 in], flange hole centres are 134.00 mm [5.276 in], overall width is 120.30 mm and height 58.80 mm, with a 113.54 x 113.54 x 54.90 mm inside cavity. The lid fixes with #4 self-tapping screws into plastic posts (black screws on black enclosures) at 42–57 ozf.in (30–40 cN.m), and it also accepts #4 self-tapping PC board screws such as 1593ATS50/1593ATS100.
The 1591USFLBK includes box, lid and 4 cover screws, weighs 0.34 lbs (0.15 kg) shipped in shrink wrap, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
