The 1590ZGRP264BK is the deep-lid version of the 601 x 250 mm format: a 65 mm lid on a 96 mm body brings assembled depth to 161 mm. It is intended for long assemblies that also need component height, on a PC board or inner panel, in a watertight thick wall enclosure molded from black glass reinforced polyester with a smooth finish.
The part page lists 600 x 250 x 161 mm. Inside, the drawing shows about 587.75 mm of length, 236.65 mm of width and 149.00 mm of height. The molded-in internal shelf accepts a PC board up to 582.65 x 232.64 mm or the 1590ZGRP263PL galvanized steel inner panel, sold separately.
The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, gasket and six cover screws. The self-captivated stainless steel screws are torqued to 13.3-17.7 lbf.in (150-200 cN.m), and spares for this deep lid are SC571-12, a 12 pack of M6 - 1.0 x 70 mm screws. The gasket is silicone sponge in two piece tongue and groove construction, and wall mounting holes sit outside the gasket channel.
