The 1590ZGRP264 is the largest enclosure in the 1590ZGRP series by volume: 600 mm long, 250 mm wide and 160 mm deep, molded from gray glass reinforced polyester with a heavy duty thick wall. It gives room for long layouts and taller components in a watertight, NEMA 4X and IP66 housing.
Dimensions are 23.62 x 9.84 x 6.3 in (600 x 250 x 160 mm), with a 3.74 in (95 mm) base and a 2.56 in (65 mm) lid. A PC board up to 582.65 x 232.64 mm fits the internal shelf, and the matching inner panel is the 1590ZGRP263PL (sold separately).
The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, gasket and six self-captivated stainless steel cover screws. Spare screws are SC571-12 (M6 - 1.0 x 70mm, 12 pack); recommended torque is 8-9.5 lbf.in (90-110 cN.m). The two piece tongue and groove lid seals on EPDM sponge rubber, and wall-mounting through holes sit outside the gasket channel.
The 1590ZGRP264 is IP66 and NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 rated, certified to NEMA 4, 4X per UL 508A, C UL and UL listed under file E65324, IK09 impact rated and UL94 V-0 flame rated. Recommended operating temperature is -40°C to +120°C. RoHS and REACH compliant; shipping weight 14.05 lbs (6.37 kg).
