Hammond 1590Z119PL 107x108mm Galvanized Steel Inner Mounting Panel

The 1590Z119PL is the steel inner mounting panel for the 1590Z119 diecast aluminum enclosure, a 120 x 122 x 82 mm size in the watertight 1590Z Type 4X/ 6P series. It gives OEM engineers, panel builders and electricians a flat metal plate on which to mount circuit boards or other components before the assembly drops into the enclosure.

Per its drawing the panel is 107.52 mm [4.23 in] by 107.70 mm [4.24 in], made from 16 gauge galvanized steel, with corners finished by a 1.59 x 45.0 degree chamfer. The part page lists the size as 4.23 in x 4.24 in x 0.06 in (107 mm x 108 mm x 2 mm) and the shipping weight as 0.26 lbs (0.12 kg). It ships shrink wrapped.

The panel sits on the internal mounting shelf of the 1590Z119, 1590Z119BK (black) and 1590Z119GY (gray) enclosures; all three list 1590Z119PL as their inner panel. Inner panels are sold separately from the enclosure. For fastening, the ordering table lists SCGM6-20 as the extra panel screw kit for this size, copper ground hardware in M6 - 1.0 x 10mm with M6 washers, 20 pack.

The panel is RoHS and REACH compliant. Solid models of the enclosure are available in STEP or IGES, and the manufacturer offers factory modification such as milling, drilling and printing by quote.
